While we boast about our spacious property, we wish to accommodate limited capacity to better provide our commitment to memorable & relaxing vacations.

Kindly ensure to always attend to your children as the management is not liable for any accident on the premises. Let us help each other in keeping safety and security for your maximum relaxation.

Important:

• Globe Connection (WIFI) is on and off on the property given that our location is on the farm, there will be times that it has a good connection and there will be times were there’s no signal/connection at all. Yet, it is best to upgrade to a better connection with your family and loved ones! Enjoy your time with them
• While all bedrooms are equipped with tv and their own WIFI, stability of signal is not guaranteed since our location is a farm.

Our staff, Vivian, will provide you a checklist of the items inclusive of your stay but should be returned upon check-out. kindly ensure to properly turn over the items on your checkout to avoid additional charges.

Toiletries, towels, and slippers are provided for 10 people only

Towels, Robes, and pool towels are not for you to take home please leave it at the home upon checkout

Everything in the Home is not for take-home 

Kindly Ensure to bring what you need for the duration of your stay as our staff cannot assist you with buying errands. Lalamove service is available in the area--you may make the arrangements as you may deem necessary. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

We encourage you to ask for assistance from Vivian if you will use any electric appliance--we are delighted to open our home for your experience and enjoyment. We hope you will treat it with care and respect.

To use the SMEG coffee machine, please bring your own espresso coffee (grind) and milk as these are not provided. We assume every guest has a distinct taste and we wish for every guest to fully enjoy their preferred caffeine fix.

We do have some adopted dogs and cats inside/ outside which we regularly feed-- please be kind & compassionate to them.

We would appreciate your gesture of maintaining order and cleanliness at The Kind Home. Our staff is more than willing to assist you with any cleaning/maintenance of the premises during your stay.

No slippers inside the bedroom and dining area, outside slippers must be left by the door when entering the rooms to preserve the cleanliness of the premises

Smeg Ref is for drinks and vegetables only

Chest Freezer and ref located at the bar area can be used for frozen goods such as meats, fish, etc.

No Eating & Drinking in the pool for safety and hygiene purposes

Avoid the back portion of the Kind Home as this is a restricted area that serves as the quarters of our staff. We appreciate your respect and courtesy as we would like to maintain privacy for both our guests and staff.

Important:

• Maximum capacity of the Kind Home is 10-15pax including 5yo and above children in the counting, we will be providing 5 extra single floor mat cushions
• Inviting Guest over is prohibited 

PETS:

• Pets: We allow only small pets and a maximum of 2 
• The owner must be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our property when bringing in their pet.
• Clean after your pet
• Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or swimming in the pool.
• Fur parents must be mindful also of the landscape of the home as we are surrounded with beautiful plants
• Bringing in your fur baby inside the rooms pls make sure the paws are clean to avoid damaging the fabric of our furniture and so our carpets, damage sheets, linen, carpets etc. will be charge to you.
• Please make sure to bring towels for your pets as the towels we provide in the home are not for pet use.

Airbnb prohibits partying:

• Partying, loud music, using of karaoke/videoke, bringing in DJ are not allowed in The Kind home doing so we have the right to enter the premises and request the guests to leave without refund and will be reported to Airbnb right away
• Visitors or extra people that’s not part of the agreement is prohibited, in doing so we have the right to enter the premises and request guests to leave without refund and will be reported to Airbnb right away
• Showing up more than the allowable headcounts during check in, we have the right to deny your check in and report you to Airbnb right away and no refund will be given
• Using our property for private event pls notify us before booking, so we can assess if we can allow it or not, in case we allow the event, we do charge extra fee for it.
• Please respect our home and the nature surrounding it, the place is very tranquil, calm and very peaceful.
• We are very strict in the number of people we allow inside the home, if you show up to our home more than 15 pax, we have the right to deny you entry and report you to Airbnb right away because if violation of house rules, your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Additional House Rules:

• We encourage our guests to take good care of the house and treat it with care and respect
• Illegal substance is prohibited in the premises
• Guests and their companions will be responsible for their respective actions and behavior for the duration of their stay. The Host, homeowner, and employees will not be held liable for any accidents, loss, theft, etc. arising for the guests stay.
• Ruel maintains the pool and plants, so every morning he will be in the premises.
• Children of ANY age should not be left unsupervised at any area of the property
• Be mindful of the noise during night time, let's respect the tranquility of the farm.
• Smokingor vaping is allowed outside the property, smoking inside the premises will be charge 5000 php.
• Missing Towels will be charge 1000php per piece, Missing hand towel/face towel 250php per pc
• Missing linens will be charge 4000 php per piece
• Missing pillows will be charge 800 per pc
• Missing Pillow cases will be charge 400 per pc
• Pls handle our stuffs with care, you break you pay 
• To help the environment, pls conserve energy and water. Turn off lights and air-conditioning units when not in use.
• Do not leave any faucets running.
• Please keep our kitchen clean, Please Clean the cooking and dining utensils right after every use.
• Listings should never be used for commercial purposes without a host's permission- this includes any content creation. If you are booking our home for this purpose pls let us know!
• In the case of breakage or damages done within the property, please inform us immediately. No matter how small it may seem, or anything out of the ordinary. We will appreciate it more i f you will be honest and apologize about the incident. Final Verdict will still be up to the Host.
• Damages- excessive damages to the property including but not limited to cleanliness, furnitures damages or odor can result in additional cleaning fees or repair cost. By checking into our home, you agree to pay for any damages that may result from you, your group brought to the property.
• PLEASE DO NOT THROW TISSUES, USED TISSUES, SANITARY NAPKINS ETC. INTO THE TOILET BOWL TO AVOID CLOGGING THE PLUMBING, IF YOU DO SO AND IT GOT CLOGGED UP DURING YOUR STAY WE WILL CHARGED ADDITIONAL OF 1000 PHP/ TOILET BOWL FOR EXTRA CLEANING FEE
• Complaints- any complaints regarding the property must be reported to our staff right away, this can allow us to remedy the situation before you checkout. Permission will be automatically granted for the staff, and host to enter the property to attempt to remedy the complaint.
• The Host reserves the right to evaluate each situation and apply fair judgment for all possible offenses.
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the premises
• For any 3rd party failure such as electricity and internet we are not liable to refund a guest as this is beyond our control

Any Violation of our Rules/Restrictions will be reported to Airbnb Right away and The host/Staff has the right to evict the guests without a refund or compensation.

By confirming your reservation and check-in to our home, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek liability or compensation of any type, including partial or full refunds for any such disclosure as listed above. Your acceptance of this reservation means you agree to abide by all the House Rules and pay any fees or damages in this disclosure caused by you or anyone in your reservation.
